Can I choose my stylist?
Ask for the person you’d like to see when you call. We’ll help confirm your service and availability. You can meet the team here.
Can I start with a consultation?
Yes. Complimentary consultations are available. Call the salon to talk about your hair goals or ask which service to book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations may incur a charge. Call us if your plans change.
What if I have a concern after my appointment?
Contact the salon or your stylist within two days of your appointment. An in-person assessment is required. Following that assessment, any adjustment is arranged with the original stylist at no additional charge. Services are not refundable.
